Instant alerts

When a pallet goes missing or a sensor stops working, PalleTrac raises an alert in the dashboard and emails the people assigned to that warehouse. Everyone else is left alone.

• Missing pallets, by position. The alert names the lane and the positions that should be full, so someone can go straight to the gap.
• Faults you can act on. A controller that malfunctions or goes offline is flagged on the map. Restart it from the screen, or swap in a replacement without rebuilding the lane.
• Overloaded lanes stand out. Give a lane a pallet limit. Go over it and the lane turns purple.
• Each person picks the channel. Email and in-app notifications are switched on or off per user.
