Expiry and reports
See expiry and repeat faults coming.
Give each product a shelf life and PalleTrac tracks how long its pallets have been on the rack. You hear about stock before it expires, and reports show where problems keep coming back.
- A warning, then a notice. One alert five days before the date, another when the stock has expired.
- Every product has its own shelf life. Keep a product list, set how many days each one lasts and assign products to lanes.
- Yellow on the map. Lanes holding stock near its date change colour, so the pallets to move first are easy to find.
