Real-time pallet location

PalleTrac units on your rack uprights detect the pallets in each lane, and every level shows its count on its own display. The readings feed the OptiSens dashboard, which checks for new ones every 10 seconds and updates every open screen by itself.

• Counts by lane, level and bay. Each unit reports how many pallets its lane holds. Position-sensing lanes also show exactly which positions are filled.
• Your floor plan is the map. Upload a drawing of the warehouse, then drag and resize each lane until the screen matches the floor.
• A dashboard for the totals. Lanes, pallet capacity, current pallets and utilisation, with hourly trends and the split by product. Filter by region or warehouse.
• A history for every lane. Open a bay to see its latest readings with the time of each one.
